How long have you been a member of FSA (years)?
I have been actively engaged with FSA for more than 15 years.

Have you served FSA in the past?
Yes, I'm currently the WMD Representative on the Board. I have served for two years.

What abilities and attributes can you bring to the Board?
I have worked at both DEP and the WMD at the technical and executive levels and understand how those agencies work from technical analysis, regulations, to policy decisions. In those roles, I have dealt with multi-faceted technical and political issues needing complex problem solving that considered the local and state-wide implications of those decisions. I have also participated in the legislative process for more than a decade.

What background and experience do you have in the stormwater industry?
I have more than 30 years of experience in water resource management extending from field work, laboratory and data analysis, administrative, and policy decision. Twenty-eight of those years have been at the regulatory agencies in various roles, with the other two in the private sector. I oversaw the State TMDL and BMAP programs for a decade, FL Water Quality Standards, the 319 Program and was heavily involved with DEP's administration of the MS4 program.

Why do you want this Board position?
I've enjoyed my last two years as a Board Member and would like to continue to serve our membership.
