FSA invites you to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor of Florida's premier stormwater conference. FSA's 2024 Winter Conference will be held December 4-6, 2024 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee, Florida. Below please find the Exhibitor and Sponsor opportunities and benefits.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibitor Registration - $750 Member / $950 Non Member
The Exhibit Hall is centrally located for easy access during session breaks, breakfast, lunch and the welcome reception where attendees gather to network. The exhibitor registration includes an 8' x 10' carpeted space with pipe and drape, standard electric, a skirted table, two chairs, waste basket, one Exhibit Hall Pass (all conference meals included), a listing in the FSA Conference App, and a final list of conference attendees. An additional Exhibit Hall Pass is $175. Workshop access is not included with exhibit hall registration.

Exhibit Hall Layout and Booth Assignment

Please note that the Exhibit Hall Layout will not be finalized until November. Exhibitors will not be asked to identify booth preference on the registration form. FSA will make booth assignments to registered exhibitors in November.
